Election Reports

The City Clerk provides a variety of election data for download and purchase. See below for available data and payment info.

Past Election Daily Reports

Post-Election Voter Data ($25 per election)

  • Report is available after canvass is complete - 13 days after election.
  • Delivery will be electronic via ShareFile and data may be downloaded up to seven days once received.
  • Information included:
    • Daily Summary Report (showing daily totals of returned/undeliverable ballots by day) – PDF format
    • List of Registered Voters for election – Excel format
      • Includes: Voter ID, Name, Registered Address, Mailing Address, Precinct, City District, Gender, Status [2021 data also contains Year of Birth]
    • List of Returned Ballots – Excel format
      • Includes: Voter ID, Name, Return Date, Registered Address, Mailing Address, Precinct, City District, Election, Vote History [2021 data also contains Year of Birth]
    • List of Undeliverable Ballots – Excel format
      • Includes: Voter ID, Name, Return Date, Registered Address, Mailing Address, Precinct, City District, Election
  • Currently Available Post-Election Data:
    • April 2, 2019 General Municipal Election
    • April 6, 2021 General Municipal Election

Clerk-supplied CD-ROM: $1.25

  • For orders of post-election voter lists in which requester does not provide recordable CD and declines electronic delivery

Large-Format District Maps ($9-$12)

  • Maps Available:
    • 28.5"x36" District Map of single Council District. Cost: $9
    • 36"x46" District Map of entire City. Cost: $12
  • Maps should be ordered from Suite L01 (on the lower level) in Office Services
  • Office Services can accept Cash, Check, and Visa/MasterCard/Discover Credit/Debit cards
  • Large-format maps in PDF format can also be downloaded from our Council Districts page.
  • PDF maps (small and large format) are on the City Council Districts page

Registered Voter List

The El Paso County Clerk & Recorder maintains the list of registered voters.  When the City Clerk's Office conducts a Municipal Election, we receive our list of voters from the County.  In order to purchase a list of registered voters, please visit the El Paso County Election Website or call (719) 575-8683.
