A unique experience for youth that allows teens to learn about the various aspects and functions of law enforcement. This program is held in cooperation with the El Paso County Sheriff's Office and the Fountain Police Department.
Youth Advisory Council to Law Enforcement (YACLE)
Chief Carey would like to invite you to participate in the first City of Colorado Springs Youth Advisory Council. The Council is designed to bring topics of mutual interest to Colorado Springs youth and local law enforcement directly to the attention of Chief Carey and city leaders through open dialogue.
An educational tour of local police facilities that will offer a special look at specialized equipment used by police officers. Tours are by appointment only.
